Healipro
§ 01 The product, in detail

Six modules, made to be small.

Healipro is a clinic management system, not a hospital ERP. We’ve left out modules you would never open. What’s here, is here because a working clinic needs it on a Tuesday morning.

§ 01 Patients

One record per person. Forever.

A patient walks back in six months later — you find them in two characters, with their old vitals, allergies, prescriptions and labs already on the screen.

  • 01 CNIC-keyed identity, with dedupe across visits and branches
  • 02 Allergies, chronic conditions, family history captured once
  • 03 Full longitudinal view: every encounter, prescription, lab, vital sign
  • 04 Temporary record for walk-ins without CNIC, mergeable later
  • 05 Photo, address, blood group, emergency contact — searchable

§ 02 Appointments

A day at the clinic, on one board.

A column per doctor. Drag-to-reschedule. Walk-ins land at the top of the queue. The board updates live as patients are checked in and called.

  • 01 Per-doctor schedules with leaves, breaks, special hours
  • 02 Walk-in queue and pre-booked slots in the same view
  • 03 Automatic WhatsApp reminder 24 h and 2 h before
  • 04 Operator screen shows next 5 patients and live wait time
  • 05 No-show analytics by doctor, day-of-week, time-of-day

§ 04 In-house lab

From request to release, on one queue.

The lab queue lives next to the doctor’s queue. Sample collection is a click. Reports are typed or scanned. The doctor sees them the moment they’re released — no separate WhatsApp from the lab tech.

  • 01 Test catalogue with reference ranges and TAT
  • 02 Sample collection tracking, with barcode-ready IDs
  • 03 Structured results for common tests; PDF attachment for the rest
  • 04 Doctor notification at release, patient WhatsApp at request
  • 05 Per-test pricing for billing module (Phase 2)

§ 05 In-house pharmacy

A counter that knows what it has.

Every prescription queues at the pharmacy. The counter shows stock and expiries as they dispense. Reorder lists assemble themselves and go to your supplier on WhatsApp.

  • 01 Prescription-to-dispense queue, with substitutions if generic
  • 02 Stock, batches, expiry — visible at the counter, not in a back office
  • 03 Reorder thresholds per SKU, daily reorder list to supplier
  • 04 Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, card (Phase 2 billing)
  • 05 Daily close-out report with stock movement

§ 06 WhatsApp reminders

In the language the patient actually speaks.

Appointment reminders, follow-ups, lab-ready alerts and missed-appointment recovery — using pre-approved templates, sent through your clinic’s WhatsApp Business number.

  • 01 Bilingual templates: Urdu, English, Roman Urdu — picked per-patient
  • 02 Appointment reminder 24 h and 2 h before, with reschedule link
  • 03 Lab-ready alert with download link
