§ 04The questions everyone asks

01Why PKR pricing and not a "Pakistan discount" on a USD plan?
Because PKR-priced software gets bought, USD-priced software gets debated. We set our prices in the currency you charge your patients in, and they don't move when the rupee does.
02What happens when a doctor leaves and we add a new one?
Plans are per-month and per-doctor. You can add or remove doctors at any time — we pro-rate. The leaving doctor's prescriptions and encounters stay on the patient record; they're just marked archived.
03Can I import my existing patient register?
Yes, and we do it for free in the trial. Send us a CSV, Excel, photos of paper, or a database dump from whatever you're using. We have an import flow that handles the messy real-world cases (incomplete CNICs, duplicates, mixed Urdu/English).
04Who actually owns the data?
You. We store it on your behalf in Azure UAE North. On cancellation, we export everything to you (CSV + PDF prescriptions + lab results) within 7 days, then purge our copies within 30 days.
05WhatsApp reminders — is that included or extra?
Every plan includes a generous monthly bundle. Above that, we pass WhatsApp Business template fees through at cost (no markup). For most clinics the included bundle covers everything.
06Does it work offline?
The operator screen and the doctor's encounter view keep working through short power cuts and brief internet outages — appointments and check-ins queue locally and sync the moment you're back. The lab and pharmacy modules require connectivity for stock and result-release operations.
07Is this for hospitals or clinics?
Both, but pitched at small-to-mid clinics first. We have hospital tenants on a premium tier with dedicated databases, SSO, and SLAs. For 100+ bed inpatient hospitals, we're not the right fit yet — we have no inpatient or insurance-claims module.
